Jim Fisher is a partner in our commercial litigation group, called to the Bar in 1977. His practice is focused on Recieverships, Bankruptcy and Insolvency, Creditor and Debtor rights and Professional Negligence.
 
Jim is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts. Jim went on to obtain his Bachelor of Laws degree from Dalhousie.

Jim has contributed articles to the Canadian Institute and Commercial Insolvency Reporter; and has instructed Bar Admissions courses on Creditor and Debtor Rights.  Jim is a member of Law Society of Upper Canada, Advocates’ Society, Canadian Bar Association and The Middlesex Law Association.
