Barry Tobin is a partner in our family law group, called to the Bar in 1979.

Barry earned his Bachelor of Arts at Dalhousie University. Barry went on to obtain his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Ottawa.

Barry currently sits as a Deputy Judge in Ontario small claims court and is on the Board of the Merrymount Children’s Centre as well as being a presenter and Board member of “In the Middle”, Parent Education Program. Barry holds memberships in the Law Society of Upper Canada, Middlesex Family Law Association, Middlesex County Liaison Committee and The Middlesex Law Association.
