David received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario and went on to earn his bachelor of laws degree from the University of Windsor. David currently holds an appointment as a Deputy Judge of the Ontario Small Claims Court. He has lectured at continuing legal education programs sponsored by the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Middlesex Law Association. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Middlesex Law Association. David is a member of the boards of directors of the West London Minor Hockey Association and the Byron Optimist Soccer Club. |

David is a partner in our litigation group. He was called to the bar in 1984 and has carried on an extensive civil litigation practice since that time. He has been retained by both individuals and corporations on a wide range of matters including personal injury and medical malpractice claims, employment law, commercial disputes and estate litigation. He is retained as defence counsel on behalf of a number of school boards in southwestern Ontario in connection with negligence claims that have been brought against them.
