Joe Dillon is a partner in our civil litigation group, called to the Bar in 1967. His practice is focused on personal injury, product liability, environmental law and defense of errors and omissions claims.

Joe is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts. Joe went on to obtain his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Western Ontario.

Joe was appointed Queens Counsel (Q.C.) in 1984 and is a former assistant Crown Attorney. Joe has lectured to various insurance organizations and law societies on loss controls and continuing education. Joe is a member of Law Society of Upper Canada, Advocates’ Society, Defense Research Institute, Canadian Bar Association, London Claims Association and the Middlesex Law Association.

Joe was honored recently recently by the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association as a leader in defence personal injury at its annual Celebration of the Personal Injury Bar.
