Max Prince is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Department, called to the Bar in 1989. His practice is heavily concentrated on commercial transactions involving real and personal property, corporate organization and commercial and business related financings. Max has many years of experience in assisting and restructuring financially troubled enterprises and representing Lenders to protect their security positions. Max has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Windsor and a Masters degree in Economics from Simon Fraser University. Max obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan in 1987 and has resided with his family in London, Ontario since articling at the firm in 1987. Max holds professional memberships in the Law Society of Upper Canada, Canadian Tax Foundation, Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals and the Middlesex Law Association.
Max
has been actively involved in the development and promotion of amateur sports
in the Province of
Ontario as
founder, director and ongoing administrator of various hockey and lacrosse
associations, including the Edge Field Lacrosse program and Alliance Minor
Hockey. Max has provided assistance with
dispute resolution to many sporting associations and acts as lawyer and advisor
to a number of professional lacrosse and hockey players and
