Paul Eluchok is an associate in our real estate and land development group with an emphasis on residential real estate and mortgage refinancing. He has appeared before the Licensing Appeal Tribunal regarding New Home Warranty matters, the Ontario rental Housing Tribunal and before municipal committees of adjustment.

Paul is also a member of our corporate and commercial group and performs a variety of services such as incorporation and corporate asset purchases.

Paul was called to  the Bar in 2006. He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, where he earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature. Paul later attended Queen’s University where he obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree. He was awarded the Ryan-Robinson award for his dedication to Queen’s Legal Aid, a student legal aid service provided to the City of Kingston community.

Paul holds memberships in the Law Society of Upper Canada and The Middlesex Law Association.
