Peter Restivo is an associate in our litigation group and practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation with an emphasis on insurance law. He was called to the Bar in 2009 and joined the firm after completing his articles.

Peter graduated from The University Windsor with a Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Minor Degree in History, and went on to receive his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Windsor in 2008. Peter holds memberships in the Law Society of Upper Canada as well as the Middlesex Law Association.
