W. Paul Linley

paulPaul Linley is a litigation partner with the firm. He was called to the Bar in 1986. His practice is primarily focussed on Worker’s Compensation claims, Canada Pension and Insurance Disability claims, Employment law and general litigation matters.

Paul is a graduate of Trinity College, University of Toronto, where he earned his Honours Bachelor of Arts degree, with Distinction, prior to obtaining his Bachelor of Laws degree at Queens University, Kingston.

Paul is a member of the Middlesex Law Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada. He has in the past taught the Ethics Section at the Bar Admissions course. Paul has regularly written for and contributed to various legal publications and regularly is asked to speak at seminars dealing with Worker’s Compensation and Employment law issues.
