    Harold S. Ginn

    Harold is a partner in our litigation group. He practices civil litigation with emphasis on insurance defence, personal injury, commercial, and agricultural law.  He has tried jury and non-jury cases in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and has argued appeals before the Ontario Court of Appeal.

    Harold is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, The Advocates’ Society, and the Middlesex Law Association.

    Harold is active in his Scottish Rite Masonic Lodge, which raises funds for its local Learning Centre and Alzheimer’s research. He holds the rank of Honorary Inspector-General 33° in that organization. His past public service includes membership on the Ontario Review Board, the London Transit Commission, and periodic assignments as a part-time assistant Crown Attorney.

    Harold attended undergraduate studies at Huron College at the University of Western Ontario, and went on to earn his Bachelor of Laws degree from Western as well. He was called to the Bar in 1985.
