W. Paul Linley
Paul is a litigation partner at BBO. His practice is focused on worker’s compensation claims, Canada Pension and insurance disability claims, employment law, and general litigation matters.
Paul is a member of the Middlesex Law Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada. He has taught the Ethics Section at the Bar Admissions. Paul has written for and contributed to various legal publications and speaks at seminars dealing with worker’s compensation and employment law issues.
Paul is a graduate of Trinity College, University of Toronto, where he earned his Honours Bachelor of Arts degree with Distinction. He then attended Queen’s University for his Bachelor of Laws degree. He was called to the Bar in 1986.
