Jeremy A. Forrest
Jeremy is a partner in our construction law and commercial litigation groups. In his construction litigation practice, Jeremy acts for general contractors, architects, engineers, home builders, developers and trades in all manner of construction disputes including liens, breach of trust claims, tendering disputes and delay claims.
Jeremy also acts for plaintiffs and defendants in matters relating to land development, commercial real estate, commercial leasing, succession planning, and estate litigation.
Jeremy is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Middlesex Law Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Advocates Society.
Jeremy received his Honours Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from McMaster University and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario. Jeremy was called to the Bar in 2006.
Jeremy is the firm’s articling principal.
