Ciara is a partner in our construction, commercial litigation and insurance defence groups at BBO. Her construction litigation practice is focused on all aspects of construction law, including liens, breach of trust claims, tendering, and contract disputes. Ciara’s commercial litigation practice includes acting for both plaintiffs and defendants in various corporate and commercial disputes, creditor/debtor rights, and enforcement procedures. Ciara also has a significant insurance defence practice in areas including construction, professional liability and environmental disputes.
Ciara is active in London’s non-profit community and volunteers her time to various charitable organizations. She has two young boys and anticipates spending much of her future years spectating in the hockey arena or on the rugby pitch.
Ciara earned her Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Public Policy from the University of Guelph. She then attended Western University where she obtained her law degree. Ciara was called to the bar in 2015.
